Get your team working with A.I..

Not a generic A.I. course, but a workshop on your own work. Your team leaves with things they'll use tomorrow.

  • Two sessions of 3 hours
  • At your office
  • Up to 15 participants
The Flowkify team running a workshop for a group.
WorkshopsHands-on, together.
Why

What we do for you.

A.I. only works when your team actually uses it. So we don't train on abstract examples, but on your tasks, tools and documents. Hands-on, in plain language.

The Flowkify team running a workshop for a group.

What you get

A tailored workshop

We build the sessions around your processes and the tools you already use.

Hands-on, not slides-only

Your team practises on real tasks and sees results straight away.

Prompts & recipes to keep

All the slides and a database of prompts you can use and adapt straight away.

A plan for after

What your team starts with right away, and where we can help.

What we teach

The trainings we run.

Every training is built around your own tasks and your own tools. These are the topics we cover most.

Assistant

Claude

Our most requested training. You learn to prompt, work with projects and build your first own agent.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft Copilot

Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. For teams already working in Microsoft who want more out of it.

Assistant

ChatGPT

From better prompts to your own GPT that knows your documents and takes over your recurring tasks.

Building

Vibe Coding

Build a tool or prototype yourself with A.I., without a developer. For people who want more than chatting.

Creative

Image, video and audio

Making photos, videos and voices for your marketing and communication, with the tools that actually deliver today.

Tailored

Custom track

A mix of the above, or something else entirely. We build it around the work your team does.

Approach

How we work.

No vague trajectory: each phase has a clear timeline and a concrete result you hold in your hands.

  1. 30 minIntake

We choose the tool together, set the level and the cases that matter. Your participants fill in a short questionnaire beforehand.

  2. 3 hoursSession 1

Three hours hands-on at your office: the basics, prompting, and your first own agent.

  3. 4–8 weeksPractice time

Your team uses it in real work. So in session two we know where it gets stuck.

  4. 3 hoursSession 2

We solve where you got stuck and go one level deeper, on your own cases.

  5. after 6 weeksFollow-up call

We call to hear how it is going and where your team is getting stuck, with advice on the next step.

Why Flowkify

We gave our first A.I. keynote one week after ChatGPT launched.

We were there from day one

ChatGPT launched at the end of November 2022. A week later we were already in front of a room explaining what it was. Since then we've trained more than 3,000 people at over 300 companies and organisations. This isn't something we picked up on the side.

From NATO to the bakery round the corner

We've trained at NATO and the Flemish Parliament, and just as happily at local shops. Big group or small, every session gets exercises built on the real work of the people in the room.

Your trainer builds A.I. themselves

Not a trainer who only knows the slides. You get someone who builds agents and automations for clients every week. So you can dig as deep as you like.

You build during the session, not a PowerPoint

We take real cases from your company and build them together. After three hours you have something that works on your systems the next day.

Questions

What you're probably wondering.

How long does an in-house training take?

An in-house training consists of two sessions of three hours. So two half days at your office. Between the two sessions your team gets to work on its own. In session two we go over what worked and where it got stuck.

Why two sessions instead of one full day?

Because one long day does not stick. After three hours attention drops. And after a single day everything disappears back into the day-to-day rush.

With two moments it works differently. In session one you get the basics and practise straight away. Then you use it in your real work for a few weeks. In session two we solve where you ran into walls and go one level deeper.

How much time is there between the two sessions?

Usually four to eight weeks. Long enough to really use it, short enough not to forget everything. We agree the exact date together during the intake.

Can it be shorter?

Yes. A single half day is possible, for instance if your team already has the basics and you mainly want to work on concrete cases. It then becomes a working session rather than a classic training.

If you only want to inspire your team without getting to work straight away, we do a one-hour session online.

How many people is a training meant for?

Fifteen participants per session, maximum. That is deliberate. In a small group everyone can ask questions and work on their own tasks. With bigger groups it turns into a presentation instead of a training.

We have more people than that. What then?

Then we split into several groups. That can be on the same day, one group in the morning and one in the afternoon. Or on two different days. We look together at what fits your planning.

Does our team need to know anything about A.I. already?

No. We start from zero and build up. Plenty of the groups we train have never worked with A.I.

Before the training your participants fill in a short questionnaire. That way we know what level is in the room and we adjust the exercises to it.

Which profiles does this work for?

For anyone who works with a computer. We have trained consultants, accountants and controllers, HR and payroll, sales, marketing, IT and management. The basics are always the same, the exercises we match to the work of the group.

Which tool do we learn? ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude?

One tool, and we choose it together during the intake.

If you already work with Copilot because you are in Microsoft 365, we do Copilot. If you use ChatGPT or Claude, we do that. We deliberately do not give a tour of every tool, because then nothing sticks. Better one tool well than three tools halfway.

What exactly is covered?

This is on the programme:

  • Session 1 · Introduction to A.I. and what it can and cannot do
  • Session 1 · Finding your way around the tool
  • Session 1 · Prompting, with exercises
  • Session 1 · Building your first own agent
  • Session 1 · The pitfalls of A.I.
  • Session 2 · What you ran into since last time
  • Session 2 · Advanced agents and automations, with exercises
  • Session 2 · Your own cases
  • Session 2 · Q&A

We tune the content to your team. An accountancy firm gets different exercises than a marketing agency.

Is it theory, or do we get to work ourselves?

You get to work yourself. This is not a presentation you sit and watch.

We take concrete cases from your own company and build them together during the session. After three hours you have something that works the next day on your systems and in your processes.

What do we need to provide?

This is what you provide:

  • A room with a projector or screen
  • A stable internet connection
  • Every participant brings their own laptop
  • Every participant has an account beforehand and is logged in
  • A whiteboard is a plus

We bring the rest.

Does everyone need a paid account?

For session one you can start with the free version. For session two a paid account is better, otherwise you cannot carry out a large part of what we show yourself.

Not sure yet whether you will buy licences? No problem. We look at it together during the intake and give you honest advice on what you need.

Do you come to us or is it online?

We come to you. A training works better in the same room, with your own team and your own files at hand.

If you have offices abroad, we do those sessions online. That can be in English too.

How does it go from booking to training?

From confirmation to follow-up:

  • You confirm the training
  • We schedule a date together
  • We do an intake call to get to know how you work and what you expect
  • Your participants fill in a short questionnaire
  • Session 1 at your office
  • Your team gets to work on its own
  • Session 2 at your office
  • A 30-minute follow-up call after six weeks
Do we get materials to keep?

Yes. After the training you get all the slides and a database of prompts you can use straight away and adapt to your own work.

What does an in-house training cost?

That depends on your group and on what you need. After the intake we know which tool you use, how many people join and whether you want one group or several. You then get a quote with a fixed price, no surprises afterwards.

If you want more than just a training, we look at a broader track. Alongside the training that includes an opportunity mapping and a business value workshop. So you know straight away which processes to tackle and what it will bring you. As a package that is better value than the parts separately.

Can we use the KMO-portefeuille?

At the moment we do not work with the KMO-portefeuille. For some tracks the invoicing runs through a partner who does. Feel free to ask, and we will tell you right away whether that is possible in your case.

Is our data used to train A.I.?

With a paid business account your data is not used to train models by default. During the training we show you where that setting lives, so you can check it yourself.

We also spend time on what you should and should not put into an A.I. tool. That often matters more than the settings themselves.

Does it come with an A.I. policy?

The training includes a block on safe use and the pitfalls of A.I. That gives your team clear ground rules to start from.

A full A.I. policy is separate work. We have a governance track for that. We then look at which tools you use, who gets access to what, and how your data stays safe.

What happens after the two sessions?

Six weeks later we call you for half an hour. We hear how it is going and where your team is getting stuck.

If you want to go further, there are three directions:

  • A deeper training, or the same training for a second group
  • An opportunity mapping and business value workshop, to determine which processes you tackle with A.I. and what it brings you
  • An A.I. Hero track, in which we train someone inside your company over four months
Will it stick with our team?

Honest answer: a one-off training on its own changes little. The interest is usually there, but the step to actually using it is the hardest one.

That is why we do not work with a single session. There is practice time in between, in session two we solve your real problems, and six weeks later we call again.

If you want it to change for good, we recommend having someone inside your company take on that role. Our advice: one A.I. lead per 25 employees. We help you with that.

Shall we talk?
