Almost every company knows by now that A.I. is coming. But most business owners still don't know where to start. They've attended a workshop, tried ChatGPT once or read a LinkedIn post. And then what? That's where you come in. You're the first person who sits down with them. You listen, you ask the right questions and you turn their problem into a concrete A.I. project. From a first call to a signed quote for an A.I. agent that saves hours of work every day.
What will you do?
Finding new clients
- You build your own pipeline. You call, you email and you message people on LinkedIn. Outbound is a fixed part of your job.
- You work with cases. Do we have a strong case at a real estate agency, an accounting firm or a construction company? Then you find similar companies and reach out to them with that story.
- You follow up warm leads: website visitors (via Leadinfo), requests through our website, people who attended our workshops and events, and leads from our partners.
- You go to networking events (Voka, industry events, our own sessions) and make sure they lead to real conversations.
Running and qualifying conversations
- You do the first meeting and the intake. Where does the company stand today? What have they already tried? Where do they want to go? Which systems do they use (Microsoft 365, Odoo, Exact,...)?
- You find out where A.I. can add the most value. And you're honest when something is too early or not worth the cost.
- Together with the client, you choose the right starting point: a training, an A.I. Opportunity Mapping, a Business Value Workshop or a build project straight away. The goal is always a project with real impact, not just slides.
Writing proposals and closing
- You write tailored quotes and proposals. You do it fast, with A.I. as your assistant and our rate card as the basis.
- You present proposals at the client, sometimes together with a consultant or developer. You demo what we build.
- You handle pricing questions and objections without jumping straight to a discount.
- You follow up every quote until you get a clear yes or no.
Working with the team
- You make sure the handover to our trainers and our production team goes well. They need to know exactly what was agreed with the client.
- You keep your deals up to date in our CRM (GoHighLevel): every conversation, every next step, every deal.
- You meet weekly with Dieter and Benny in a short sales sync. Together you go over the pipeline, the numbers and the opportunities of the week.
- You help shape our go-to-market. Which sectors work well? Which message lands? Which offer sells best?
Who are you?
- You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. You've already sold services, software or consultancy to companies.
- You work as a freelancer, or you're ready to take that step.
- Calling new people gives you energy. A "no" doesn't knock you down.
- You're curious. You'd rather ask a good question than give a long pitch.
- You can explain a technical story in plain language. To the owner of a construction company and to the director of a large company.
- You work in a structured way. You plan your own week, you track your numbers and you never let a lead slip.
- You use A.I. in your own work. ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot are familiar to you. You want to get better at it every week.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently.
- You're mobile. We like to visit clients in person all over Belgium.
- Bonus: you know the accounting world, the real estate sector or construction. Or you've already sold larger projects of more than € 25,000.
What a week often looks like
As a freelancer, you manage your own schedule. This rhythm works well for our sales team:
- Start of the week: Kickstart the week with the team and a short sales sync. Which meetings are planned? Which quotes can close this week?
- A few fixed blocks per week: outbound. Phone on, focus on.
- In between: intakes and sales meetings, online via Teams or at the client. Writing and following up quotes.
- One evening a week: a networking event, a workshop or a keynote where Flowkify is present.
- End of the week: a look back at your numbers. What went well, what can be better and what's planned for next week?
