Who is Allure?

Allure is a real estate agency based in Kalmthout, just north of Antwerp.

The challenge

Allure wanted to optimize its business processes with artificial intelligence. After attending a seminar on A.I. at Immoversity, they decided to run an A.I. Design Sprint™ with Flowkify. Over two half days, Flowkify would analyze Allure's processes and figure out where A.I. could be applied to improve their efficiency.

Project Delivery

The approach

We first identified Allure's specific needs and looked into what they were running into in their day-to-day operations. Then we went department by department to see where automation and A.I. could make a difference. We worked in two directions: zooming out for a broad view of the whole company, and zooming in for a deep dive into specific departments and processes.

What we built

A CustomGPT for property descriptions

Throughout the process we shared practical tips and tricks on A.I., since there was still a lot of uncertainty about what it could do. With ChatGPT, Allure can now write property descriptions faster and more consistently. All they have to do is speak everything into the ChatGPT app. Speech-to-text turns it into text in the chat. That chat is trained on Allure's own data and turns it into property descriptions in their own tone of voice.

Results

The A.I. Design Sprint™ gave Allure several insights and improvements. By using ChatGPT, Allure now generates property descriptions quickly and consistently, which lowers the workload and improves consistency. By bringing in A.I. tools, the agency can respond to client questions faster and more personally, and several internal processes have been streamlined so less time gets lost on repetitive tasks.

These results show how much of an impact A.I. can have on the day-to-day operations of a real estate agency like Allure. Thanks to this collaboration, Allure is now better equipped to improve its service and strengthen its position in the market using the latest technology.
