Who is Cobofisk?

Cobofisk is an accounting firm with offices in Aalter and Merelbeke and a team of around 40 people. They were looking for a partner who could implement AI in accounting and advise on it, ideally in a close, long-term collaboration.

Project Delivery

The approach

We started with an Opportunity Mapping session to work out where AI could add value at Cobofisk right away. That gave us concrete ideas, such as:

• Automating administrative processes
• AI assistants for legal and compliance purposes
• Integrating AI tools into Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

From there we moved into a monthly collaboration to build these ideas out one by one. Alongside that ran an AI training and inspiration program for staff, teaching them how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools effectively in their daily work. We also ran department-specific training sessions, so everyone at Cobofisk moved forward on AI together.

Results

• Mini-automations implemented, including: a note-taker linked to SharePoint for automatic meeting reports, and an AI anti-money-laundering agent that helps with client due diligence.
• Employees now have far more knowledge of and confidence in using AI tools.
• Higher efficiency in both administrative and compliance processes.
• A stronger culture of innovation across the firm.

With a structured approach and monthly improvements, Cobofisk has successfully built AI into its accounting processes. The firm works faster, makes fewer mistakes, and uses AI to improve both internal processes and client advice.
