Who is Accountancy Godderis?

Accountancy Godderis is a leading accounting firm with offices in Roeselare and Staden, offering a broad range of services: bookkeeping, tax, legal and strategic advice. The firm wanted to explore what AI could do to streamline their internal processes and improve their client service.

The challenge

Flowkify was brought in to run a workshop on AI, focused specifically on ChatGPT, custom instructions and custom GPTs.

Project Delivery

During the workshop, we introduced the Accountancy Godderis team to the world of AI and ChatGPT. The workshop covered:

• Introduction to AI & ChatGPT: the basics and how AI applies to the accounting industry.
• Custom Instructions and Custom GPTs: how these tools can be tailored to the firm's specific needs.
• AI tools for process improvement: demos of various AI tools that can make daily work more efficient.

Results

One of the highlights of the workshop was building a custom GPT based on the training courses Accountancy Godderis had taken in the past. This lets the team answer questions about legislation quickly and accurately, with confidence that the answers are accurate because the chatbot is built on their own data. We also created an AI clone of the managing director to show on the big screen at a client event, which made quite an impression on those attending.
