Who is M Vastgoed?

M Vastgoed is a leading real estate office in Flanders with several sister companies active in renovation and project development, among other things. They're known for their innovative approach and client-focused service. With multiple websites and a growing team, they were looking for ways to make their digital workflows smarter and more scalable.

The challenge: how do we get more out of our data, processes, and communication?

M Vastgoed came to A.I. automation agency Flowkify with a question: "How can we use A.I. in a way that saves time, improves our content, and strengthens our service?"

The approach: A.I. Opportunity Mapping

We started with an intensive A.I. Opportunity Mapping, taking a close look at the whole organization — from marketing to sales to operational processes. Together with M Vastgoed, we identified where automation and A.I. agents could have the biggest impact.

An ongoing partnership with monthly impact

Most of the workflows and A.I. agents were built on the n8n platform. Why? Because n8n offers the right combination of flexibility, scalability, and transparency. It lets us move fast, connect external tools and data sources, and manage even complex logic and A.I. models in one visual flow. n8n also lets us combine no-code and pro-code, which suits M Vastgoed's changing needs well.

Blog Agent (with human-in-the-loop)

Every week, the agent scans real estate news and trends, drafts a blog post proposal, and sends it to the team for approval. The process: the agent crawls sources (real estate news, government data, market figures), drafts a blog tailored to each sister company, the internal team approves it, and the agent publishes it automatically on the right website. The benefit: consistent content without overloading the team.

Social Media Agent (fully autonomous)

As soon as a new property goes live in the system, the agent automatically generates social media posts and schedules them on the right channels. The process: the agent detects new properties, generates a caption, hashtags, and a call-to-action, then publishes on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The benefit: instant social media reach, with no manual work.

Chatbot Agent (support and calendar integration)

The agent answers visitors' frequently asked questions and steers them toward booking an appointment with a broker. The process: it integrates with the brokers' calendars, recognizes intent ("I want to book an appointment," "I'm looking for a property"), and proactively suggests a date and time. The benefit: more leads, faster follow-up, and less pressure on the front desk team.

Renovation CRM agent (for the sister company)

This agent automates finding promising renovation properties for the renovation company. The process: it scrapes new listings on real estate platforms, filters properties by criteria (location, age, renovation potential), and adds them automatically to the CRM. The benefit: less manual work and faster reaction to opportunities.
