Who is Metch?

Metch is a Belgian company specialized in recruitment marketing. They help client companies attract and hire the right candidates. Metch acts as a go-between for companies and candidates, guiding the whole process from the first campaign to final selection. As a growing company, Metch is always looking for ways to make that process smarter and more scalable.

The challenge

Metch noticed that many candidates don't have an up-to-date CV. That slows down the application process — candidates drop out, or the recruiter ends up doing too much manual work. Metch came to Flowkify with a clear question:

"Can we build a future-proof tool with our own IP, one that could eventually stand alone, and that closes the gap between candidate and company?"

The approach

Flowkify started with a Business Value Workshop, where we mapped Metch's current process together. We looked at where the biggest delays were and which steps stood to benefit most from A.I. and automation. Based on that, we put together an A.I. roadmap. The CV assistant scored high on both value and strategic impact, so it got built first.

What we built

MetchUp: the A.I. CV agent

MetchUp is a conversational chatbot that guides candidates step by step through the application process. It asks targeted questions, analyzes the candidate's CV, and puts together a polished CV based on the available information — all through a simple conversation, with no forms to fill in.

The process kicks off as soon as a candidate applies. The agent walks them through a series of questions — from language and selection criteria to background and availability. If the candidate doesn't have an up-to-date CV, the agent offers to build one together with them. The recruiter then gets a complete candidate profile, ready for follow-up. The concrete benefit: candidates get better guidance, and the recruiter gets a fuller, ready-to-use candidate profile without extra manual work.

Smart integration with Metch's existing system

The MetchUp agent is fully integrated with Metch's CRM system. Questions and answers are automatically saved and linked to the right candidate file. The recruiter doesn't have to retype or look anything up manually — everything sits in one place, ready to use.

The agent is available through a web app and is set up to work through other channels down the line too. The architecture is built to be modular, so Metch can easily extend the solution in the future.

Results

MetchUp removes a real hurdle from the application process. Candidates without a current CV can now still apply in full, just through a simple conversation. The agent takes over the heavy lifting — asking questions, gathering information, and generating a CV. All of it automatic, around the clock.

Metch's recruiter saves time on manual follow-up. Instead of contacting each candidate individually for extra info, the recruiter receives a ready-made summary per candidate, including a polished CV.

Flowkify continues to support Metch as its A.I. partner. The next step on the roadmap is expanding to more channels and deepening the coaching features for candidates.
