Who is Pidpa?

Pidpa is a leading water services provider in the Antwerp region, with a focus on innovation and digitalization. Their innovation team, made up of digitally savvy employees, wanted to take their knowledge to the next level.

The challenge

Pidpa brought in Dieter through Someflex for an intensive training on A.I. and ChatGPT. The workshop focused on prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and custom instructions, and how these technologies could drive further automation and efficiency within the organization.

Project Delivery

The workshop was tailored specifically to the needs of Pidpa's innovation team. The sessions went deep into:

• Prompt engineering: techniques for writing effective prompts for a wide range of tasks.
