Together with our partner Expert Academy, we delivered a tailored A.I. training for Scania's management – known worldwide as a manufacturer of premium trucks. The central question: How can A.I., and ChatGPT in particular, be put to effective use in our management tasks?

The approach

We developed a multi-month program in which Scania's management gets a training session every two months.

Our approach:

• Focus on practical management applications of A.I.
• Hands-on training with concrete cases from the transport sector
• Follow-up and assignments to put the new knowledge into practice right away

The training sessions focus both on improving individual productivity and on preparing the team for a broader A.I. rollout across the Benelux.

Results

• Faster data analysis: with the paid version of ChatGPT, management can analyze figures and reports much faster.
• More efficient presentation building: ChatGPT is used to create professional PowerPoints and slides.
• Better research and benchmarking: the deep research feature lets managers run market research faster.
• Custom GPTs for prospecting: research is done automatically ahead of client meetings, so sales conversations are better prepared without extra manual work.
