Who is The Job Store?

Following the A.I. Wonderland event, The Job Store brought in Flowkify and Dtonic for help.

Goal:

• How does The Job Store stay future-proof?
• How does it embrace A.I. for both operational tasks and creative processes in their organization?

Project Delivery

The project ran in three phases.

Future Proof Strategy (Dtonic)

Research into the mindset of employees: what are their ways of thinking, ambitions, and current obstacles? Alongside that, creative brainstorms on how the organization can stand out in the HR market.

A.I. Opportunity Mapping (Flowkify)

An analysis per department of where A.I. can add direct value, identifying repetitive and time-consuming tasks that A.I. could automate, and a comparison of new A.I. tools versus the A.I. features already in existing HR and ATS systems.

Roadmap to implementation

An answer to the question: "Invest in new tools, or wait for A.I. updates from current vendors?" Based on that, we drew up an A.I. implementation plan with priorities and monthly deliverables.

Results

• Full insight into the current A.I. possibilities in HR.
• Tool audit: a clear picture of which existing systems already have A.I. features.
• Strategic decision: a combination of extending current software with A.I. and testing new A.I. tools.
• Start of the implementation phase: monthly development of A.I. agents for operational HR tasks, such as automatically matching candidates with vacancies, faster pre-screening and filtering of applications, and A.I.-generated reports and onboarding communication.
