Who is VVR?
Someflex asked Dieter Vanden Heede to run a webinar for the Flemish Association of Travel Agencies (VVR) on using ChatGPT in travel agencies. The goal was to teach travel agency staff how ChatGPT could help improve everyday tasks, from finding travel inspiration to creating personalized travel plans.

The webinar offered an introduction to prompt engineering and showed practical ChatGPT applications for the travel industry.
Results
Participants learned how to use ChatGPT for better customer service and for finding unique travel ideas. They felt motivated to apply what they'd learned when planning trips and advising clients, leading to a more personalized, richer travel experience. The webinar was a nice complement to the hundreds of videos participants can still watch on the Someflex platform.
