Who is Wolters Kluwer?

Wolters Kluwer is a well-known organization active in information services and software solutions.

The challenge

Wolters Kluwer wanted to inspire their team and bring them up to speed on the latest A.I. tools. Through our partner Someflex, we were asked to run a 4-hour workshop as part of a quarterly meeting where both the Dutch and Belgian teams came together for a two-day session. The goal: give the team insight into what A.I. can mean for their everyday work, and which tools are available to boost their efficiency.

The approach

During the workshop, we showcased a wide range of A.I. applications, with a strong focus on using ChatGPT.

What we did

Tips and tricks for better prompts

We gave a detailed walkthrough of how the team could write more effective prompts to get the results they wanted.

Applications in the workflow

Using specific examples, we discussed how ChatGPT could be woven into their current work processes to boost productivity.

Custom GPTs

The team found setting up Custom GPTs especially interesting, including the speech-to-text feature that lets them quickly turn ideas and thoughts into text — useful for things like case studies and other content on their website.

Hands-on exercises

Alongside the theory, participants also carried out exercises to put what they'd learned into practice right away, making for an interactive, hands-on experience.

Results

The workshop was very well received. Inge, our contact person, said the session hit the mark exactly and matched their needs perfectly. Thanks to the tips shared and the use of Custom GPTs, the teams can now work faster and more efficiently, and the speech-to-text feature lets them generate text quickly and easily. The team was very enthusiastic about the possibilities of A.I. and motivated to bring these new tools into their daily work.
