Who is Fiskcouncil?

Fiskcouncil is an accounting firm from Wetteren looking for one integrated solution for their workflows. In the past they used separate tools like Calendly for appointments and standalone AI note-takers, but they wanted to bring everything together within the Microsoft platform.

Project Delivery

The approach

We looked at their existing processes and rolled out Microsoft Bookings as the central system for client appointments.

Key improvements:

• Automated client bookings through Microsoft Bookings
• Automatic follow-up emails after an appointment
• Linking the AI note-taker to SharePoint, so every meeting note is stored and searchable
• Integration with Microsoft Planner to track to-dos and action points from advisory meetings

That created one clear ecosystem within Microsoft 365, where all client conversations, notes and tasks are managed centrally.
