Project Overview

Who is Second Home Spanje?

Second Home Spanje is a licensed Belgian real estate agency that guides Belgians through buying a second home in Spain. The agency works from Belgium and supports clients from their first search all the way through to after the purchase.

The market is big. Around 4,500 Belgians buy property in Spain every year. Second Home Spanje had a small share of that and wanted to grow. At the same time, the price of an average apartment had roughly doubled in a few years, from around 150,000 to around 300,000 euros. That raises the stakes for buyers, and makes good content more important.

The agency was working on a new website and wanted to fill it with content that genuinely helps clients. With a small marketing team, that wasn't sustainable the old way.

The challenge

The agency didn't just want more content, it wanted better visibility into the market too.

"How do we keep up a steady stream of quality content while also knowing what our competitors are doing, without doubling the size of our team?"

Project Delivery

The approach

We started with the tasks that took up the most time in marketing: writing blog posts, making e-books, and tracking competitors. For each of these, we looked at which part of the work an A.I. agent could take over, and which part needed to stay with a human.

Then we built it in phases. Everything was built in n8n, a platform for building A.I. agents and workflows that carry out tasks step by step. We chose n8n because the agents can be linked together easily and expanded on later.

What we built

1 · Blog Creator Agent, with a human in the loop

This agent writes SEO-optimized blog posts for the website.

  1. You fill in a form with a keyword and a title. The keywords come from Google Analytics and Google Search Console and are updated every quarter.
  2. The agent writes an article of 1,200 to 1,500 words, with the right titles and structure.
  3. An SEO agent optimizes the article for search engines and for language models like ChatGPT and Claude.
  4. A matching image is generated automatically.
  5. The article lands as a draft with the copywriter, who reviews, adjusts, and publishes it.

The benefit: the agency can publish an article every two weeks without hiring anyone extra.

2 · Competitor analysis agents, fully autonomous

Behind this solution are three agents that together produce one quarterly report: one for blogs and news, one for social media, and one for customer reviews.

  1. There's a fixed list of competitors that the agency sets itself and can expand.
  2. Every quarter, the agents get to work automatically. They check which articles and new content the competitors posted online, what they did on social media, and what shows up in their Google reviews.
  3. The A.I. turns that into a single report, with an executive summary, a market analysis, an overview per competitor, a sentiment analysis of the social media, and an analysis of the customer reviews. Links to the recent posts and articles are included, so you can click through yourself.
  4. The report arrives automatically by email.

The benefit: a full picture of the market four times a year, without anyone having to manually go through websites and profiles.

3 · E-book Agent

This agent creates complete e-books that the agency uses as a lead magnet on its website.

  1. You enter the topic and guidelines for the e-book through a form.
  2. The agent researches that topic online and gathers the information.
  3. That information is poured into a template in the agency's own branding, with the logo, website, and a closing branding page.
  4. The complete e-book arrives by email. First as a PDF, and later as a PowerPoint too, so the team can still fine-tune it themselves.

The benefit: an e-book that used to take hours of writing now takes less than 15 minutes. The copywriter only needs to fine-tune it.

Access without detours

In the first version, the agents ran through a CRM environment. In practice, that turned out to be one extra step too many. So we gave the team direct form links instead. Anyone who wants a blog or an e-book clicks the link, fills in the form, and the agent starts in the background.

Results

The three agents are delivered and running. An e-book that used to take hours of work is now ready in under 15 minutes. Blog posts arrive as drafts, so the copywriter only has to review instead of starting from zero. And every quarter, a competitor report lands automatically in the inbox, with blogs, social media, and customer reviews from the competition in a single document.

For a small marketing team in a market where prices doubled and competition got sharper, that mainly means one thing: the pace of content no longer depends on how many free hours there are that week.
