From an A.I. Design Sprint to a team that works with ChatGPT

Who is Team Sur?

Team Sur is an independent insurance broker focused on SMEs, start-ups, and supermarkets.

The challenge

Team Sur invited Flowkify for an A.I. Design Sprint. The goal was to explore where A.I. could improve the business. Once that direction was clear, a second question followed right away: how do we get not just management, but the whole team, on board?

Project Delivery

1. A.I. Design Sprint with management

The management team came together for a workshop where we explained the basics of A.I. and showed the possibilities that already exist. That gave participants concrete ideas right away.

The session followed a fixed structure: map out the pain points per department, then brainstorm together on how A.I. could remove or ease them.

2. ChatGPT inspiration session for the team

In a second session, we brought the whole team on board. The focus was on real-world examples and interactive demos, so employees could immediately see how they could use ChatGPT for their own work and for customer service.

Thanks to the Q&A format, participants could deepen their understanding and give feedback right on the spot.

Results

The Design Sprint produced a roadmap of A.I. initiatives that ease Team Sur's workload through automation and more efficient processes. Concrete examples that came up:

• An A.I. chatbot that can be fed with their own data, such as policies and information from insurance providers.
• Emails read and automatically answered or forwarded by A.I.

The team session made sure it didn't stop at management. Everyone now works with ChatGPT within an agreed framework, and the team meets monthly to discuss how each person uses ChatGPT and what they can learn from each other.
